Our Valley View Barn is a recently converted barn with large balcony offering fantastic views across the private garden & valley beyond.
Valley View Barn (sleeps 10) has four bedrooms, two doubles with en-suite facilities, twin bedded room and bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Lounge with satellite tv, dvd player, cd player and traditional wood burner. Dining area with double doors. Private enclosed garden complete with bbq & garden furniture and Selection of bikes from kids to full size available for you to use free of charge.

Valley View Barn Gite / self catering holiday cottage is situated in the rural hamlet of Paimbu, just 1 km from the village of Masserac in the unspoilt countryside of Northern France. Our cottage is well situated for reaching the many attractions of the Loire Atlantique & Southern Brittany.
On your doorstep you can enjoy a gentle stroll through woodlands and around small lakes. You can then make your way down to the River Vilaine and follow it as it meanders across open fields and past picturesque hamlets & villages. the area is ideal for a number of activities such aswalking, cycling, fishing, Golf, bird watching and watersports.
