Welcome to our Luxury House in Kintyre, Argyll
The Villa House is a beautifully appointed, late Georgian property with exceptional sea views towards the islands of Gigha and Jura. It has loads of period features, with sash windows, ornate cornicing, fabulous staircase and even the original servants call bells in the kitchen!
The accommodation comprises an impressive hall, wonderful farmhouse-style breakfast kitchen complete with Rayburn stove and separate pantry, cloakroom, a cosy television sitting room with French doors leading to the garden, tranquil front drawing room and dining room that can seat up to ten. All reception rooms have open fires (one working). Upstairs you will five beautifully decorated bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping nine people in total in a King, two doubles, a twin and a single.
Outside there are lawned garden areas which provide plenty of room for enjoying an al-fresco dining experience, whilst basking in those wonderful sea views. There is plenty of parking.
The Villa is located on the Killean Estate, a 4,000 acre working farm with over a mile of sandy coastline at your disposal. You are welcome to explore at your leisure.. perhaps you'll see some of our native wildlife such as the seals on the beach or deer in the woodland, or maybe you'd like to fish for trout on one of our lochs? The area of Kintyre offers lots to do should you be so inclined, such as whale watching, golf, cycling or sight-seeing the many attractions. There are museums, whisky distilleries, stately homes and gardens to visit and the harbour towns of Tarbert and Campbeltown offer plenty.
