We offer the top part of the villa = the first floor is independent from the rest of the villa; it was entirely renovated in 2011. (classed as 4*)

- A bedroom ``parma``, with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with a ``Tonic`` shower, separate toilet. It also has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
- A bedroom ``Chocolat``, with a 140cm bed, without balcony. It has a black granite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
- A large kitchen equipped with an American style refrigerator.
- A large living room with chimney and terrace.

The villa has an electric gate, so cars are safe (close to A8 and near Cannes)
The pool is bean shaped (7m x 3,5m). It`s secure because there is a 1,2m wall around it. There are steps in the shallow end of the pool, and two access gates.
The water starts at 80cm and drops down to 1m80. There`s a 1700m2 flat land around the Villa, located in a quiet and residential neighborhood close to Carrefour Antibes (Baguettes, croissants, …)
