Welcome to our large Self catering Lefkada Island, Greece

This three-bedroom waterfront exclusive property is located in the bay of Vliho in the picturesque village of Geni, a traditional fishing village with tavernas edging the sea front. It is in an ideal position for those who would like to hire a motor/sailing boat and have it parked right outside the property on its own private mooring. The first floor has outstanding views over the bay of Vliho. There is a large open plan split-level lounge and dining room, fully fitted Italian Mahogany kitchen, 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooking the pool, and 2 further bedrooms, one en-suite and one with adjoining bathroom. Large balconies front the property overlooking the bay. The ground floor has a small utility room. All rooms air-conditioned with upvc windows/doors with shutters and fly-screens.The property is a twelve minute drive - even less across the bay by motor boat - from the popular town of Nidri with all its tourist attractions such as watersports, diving, restaurants etc.

The landscaped terraced gardens contain the swimming pool and a bbq area and lead down to the sea and our quay - which has enough depth alongside for a small motor boat or sailing dinghy. Just a few metres out we have two swinging moorings for larger boats and yachts.

The Local Airport is Prevesa (PVK) which is about a one-hour drive away from the villa. Prevesa has shuttle flights to Athens which take about forty minutes but are not daily. By road Athens is about a five hour drive. From the ferry port of Igoumenitsa (frequent ferries from Italy) the villa is about a two-hour drive. Connections from Lefkas are very good because although we are an island we are connected to the mainland by a ferry-bridge.

This property really is a waterside location. It has its own moorings for a small motor boat alongside or a larger yacht/boat a few metres out from our landing stage. Unlike many advertised 'waterside' properties which are across a road or beach from the sea; or within 'easy' reach of it we are actually on it.
