Welcome to our Luxury apartments in Turkey
The Villa is divided into two completely self contained luxury apartments. Both apartments are furnished and equipped to a very high standard and are used regularly by our family and ourselves.
They each have their own roof terrace or veranda or private patio, and the use of the pool and the garden terrace. Each apartment has its own entrance. An internal staircase (but outside the inner entrance doors) links the Veranda and Rooftop apartments. This staircase also leads to the Roof Terrace, with its spectacular uninterrupted views.

The apartments can be booked separately or together - when together they are ideal for the extended family or friends holidaying as a group – or each can be booked separately
The pool is a private one for the villa. The pool terrace and the vine terrace are partly shaded by the large vine and by the overhanging fruit trees.
Guests at the villa also have free use of the facilities of the Samira de Luxe – just 200 yds down the road. This has the largest outdoor pool in Kalkan, poolside bar and restaurant and internet. It are also provides complimentary minibus transfers to and from the village centre.
Close by are Kaputas with a sandy beach at the bottom of a ravine. It is a 15 min drive away with a frequent Dolmus service, or by boat from the harbour. Patara beach, the longest in Southern Turkey, is about a 20 minute drive by car or dolmus and has 18km of unspoilt white sands. Also close are Saklikent Canyon, a 30 min drive. Xanthos, the ancient capital of Lycia, 30 min drive. Myra (rock tombs and amphitheatre) 1.5 hour drive, Kekova (sunken city) 1 hour drive or a half day trip in a glass bottomed boat.

· Light, airy and spacious with views of bay and mountains.
· 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twins – one with en suite shower room, basin and toilet. Each bedroom has air conditioning..
· Family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, wash basin. Also separate cloak room with toilet, wash basin.
· Large sitting room with dining area.
· Fully equipped kitchen with veranda off with dining table and chairs. Mediterranean views of bay and mountains.
· Pool, terrace area with sun loungers, garden and vine terrace (shared with Rooftop apartment if occupied.)
