Welcome to our self catering Villa in Sardinia
This newly built, well designed property is set in a hill in a tranquil olive grove. On the edge of Magomadas village, it is possible to walk to the nearest bar and restaurant but still have a feeling of seclusion.
There is ample outdoor space, large terraces to both the first and ground floors, to take advantage of the wonderful views including some spectacular sunsets, all are well furnished, plus outdoor lighting and BBQ. There is a Spa/Hot tub on both the ground floor patio and first floor veranda. The drive from the road winds through some of the olive grove to the rear of the property where there is ample parking.
The whole property is spacious and is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The owners have tried to cater for everything and we think they have succeeded. The ground floor has a dining room and well equipped kitchen. On the floor there are 2 twin bedded rooms and a bathroom. There are also 2 en-suite bedrooms to this floor, 1 double and 1 twin.
