Within a 2 minute walk is the recently renovated gastropub, The Punchbowl, which serves fine ales and good food, whilst three miles away is the popular village of Reeth, with a further selection of pubs, village shops and cafes. Just a short drive away are the market towns of Leyburn, Richmond and Hawes, Aysgarth Falls, Semerwater and Hardraw Force, England's highest waterfall, are all nearby, ensuring this Swaledale house is a perfect base for walking, mountain biking and visiting the many towns and attractions the area has to offer.

Solar panels to heat water in summer with additional electric water heater at other times. Electric oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer.
