Welcome to Waterside Lodge located on the edge of Mill Loch in Lochmaben in the Dumfries and Galloway area of southern Scotland.

The beautiful landscape of Dumfries and Galloway is the perfect place to visit with lots to do and see.The house was built in local red sandstone and completed in November 2009. It was architecturally designed to take advantage of the superb views from the property.

The house has been completed to the highest specification and is truly a delight to stay in.The lounge features a triple sliding door onto a decking area which steps down to a private jetty giving direct access to the Loch. The open plan living accommodation with features log burning stove, heated oak under floor heating, a state of the art kitchen with Miele appliances, including two ovens (one microwave function), dishwasher, fridge induction hob, warming drawer and granite work tops. The lounge has two Grand sofas and separate armchair with a large 50” TV .The downstairs bathroom is fitted out with extra large Villeroy Boch bath tub as well as a fabulous shower and is fully tiled in travertine stone.The master bedroom is also located downstairs. This room features a king size water bed lovely oak furniture and French doors with views across the Loch. The master en suite boasts a Villeroy Boch bath and separate shower and is again tiled in travertine stone. A second bedroom gives further accommodation downstairs with King Size bed and shabby chic white furniture.The ground floor accommodation also boasts an office with desk and single sofa bed as well as views across the Loch. This is a perfect room to sit and read a book in such tranquil surroundings.A separate utility provides washing and drying facilities and a freezer.The oak stairs lead to two further bedrooms. Both have King Size beds and views across the Loch. A further en suite bathroom is located upstairs with shower over the bath .A fabulous lounge area has been created upstairs with views over the water and to the countryside beyond. Two Stress-less sofas and TV make this the ideal place to watch the evening sun sets over Mill Loch or watch the varied wild life below.
