Included on the ground floor is a large kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, and full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer and washer/dryer.
The open plan area extends to cater for the large dining table and huge sofa, French doors with level threshold open on to your private patio area where you can sunbathe, read a book, bbq* or simply sit and relax.
Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom, which benefits those that might otherwise have difficulty in negotiating stairs to the first floor bedrooms. This room can accommodate a wheelchair user when set as a single bedded room. (this room can also be set as a super king double)
Opposite is a wet room facility with disabled user shower, toilet, washbasin and appropriately positioned grab rails.
Upstairs the main double bedroom has ample space, a convenient en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony. There are a further two twin rooms, both of which can be set up as double room to cater for couples.
A luxurious family bathroom has a fantastic whirlpool bath and separate double shower cubicle.
