Hidden away in the Village of Westfield in East Sussex 5 miles from the towns of Battle and Hastings and 9 miles from Rye.  Very close to the 1066 walk from Bexhill to Rye or Hastings.  Ideal retreat  for either short breaks or longer holidays from London or other busy ways of life. You will find the cottage 150 yards from the A28 through Westfield on Wheel Lane TN35 4SJ

There is plenty of off road parking at the top of the driveway and room to exercise your dog in a small garden although the property is set in 3 acres with decking from the lounge and beautiful views ideal for that evening glass of wine before supper. The bedroom is ensuite with a shower  and has the beautiful view . The kitchen is well equipped and the large lounge/dining room has lovely views. The bed is made up on arrival and toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc. are provided.   

Local pubs and restaurant are in walking distance as is the local shop & butchers.There are an abundance of Gardens, Houses, Castles within 1/2 hour by car to visit.  Approx 1 hour from Channel Tunnel ideal for a day out. Closest Railway Station is Battle.
