Welcome to our Barn conversion cottages in Wales

Llofft Allan and Beudy Bach each sleep two, and are ideal for romantic couples or for those seeking peace and tranquility. Beudy Bach has easy ground floor access and Llofft Allan is on the first floor level.

Llofft Allan has a double bedroom while Beudy Bach can be a twin or a king size bedroom since the beds zip and link. Both these one-bedroom apartments have en-suite facilities with bath and overhead shower

Living Rooms have ample comfortable seating and are equipped with colour television, video player and music system and have fully equpped kitchens.

Our Wales Location

Our barn conversion cottages are located on a 16th Century traditional Welsh farm lying between beach and mountains on the west coast of the Snowdonia National Park.

Snowdonia is a contrast of rugged mountains and wooded valleys, rushing streams and peaceful lakes, glorious beaches and boat-dotted harbours.

Sailing The boating facilities are ideal and the famous harbours of Porthmadog,Barmouth and Pwllheli where they host international race meetings are well worth a visit.

Five miles south of Ystumgwern Hall Farm lies the seaside resort of Barmouth on the spectacular Mawddach Estuary.
