·          No proposer, director, partner or family member involved with the business has ever had a proposal declined, renewal refused, insurance cancelled or special terms applied

·          No proposer, director, partner or family member involved with the business has ever been convicted of or charged (but not yet tried) or been given an Official Police Caution in respect of any criminal offence other than a motoring offence?

·          No proposer, director, partner or family member involved with the business has ever been declared bankrupt or insolvent, or been disqualified from being a company director?

·         There is no work carried out outside the United Kingdom?

·         There is no work carried out away from the premises other than collection/delivery?

 

- You Confirm That Your Property:

·          Is in a good state of repair and will continue to be maintained.

·          Is not showing signs of movement (e.g. cracking or bulging of walls) which could be attributable to subsidence, heave or landslip.

·          Is not in an area which has evidence or a history of subsidence, heave, landslip or flooding.

·          Has not suffered any previous damage by subsidence, heave, landslip or flooding.

·          Is not situated over made up ground or underground workings of any sort or sited near a cliff

·          Is not currently undergoing renovation or construction work.

·          Is more than 400m from the nearest watercourse; or it is more than 2m above normal highwater level and has not been damaged by flood previously.

·          Is self contained

·          Is not closed to guests for more than 3 consecutive months

·          Does not have an ATM on the premises

·          Is neither used solely as a private dwelling house and nor is it located on an industrial estate

·          Has been inspected and tested and a certificate issued, complying with the Electrical Inspection Warranty?
