Carradale is a picturesque village on the East side of Kintyre overlooking the West coast of the Isle of Arran and is 14 miles from Campbeltown . It has a working fishing fleet that deals mainly in shellfish. To the south of Carradale is Carradale Bay, a wide sandy crescent shaped beach stretching towards Carradale Point.
