Dunoon is surrounded by fantastic scenery and historic locations and offers lots of different accommodation options. It is situated on the Cowel Peninsula in Argyll and Bute on the Firth of Clyde beside the Holy Loch. It is the largest town in Argyll and is the site of Dunoon Castle that dates back to 1050. The castle provides an excellent vantage point from which to enjoy the views of Dunoon and out over the Firth of Clyde.
