Welcome to Waterside Cottage
Ground Floor: Lounge with oak beams and log burning stove, opening onto canal-side conservatory and terrace.
Dining room (seats 11). Farmhouse style kitchen.
4 bedrooms - master bedroom with 5ft double, down 4 steps to en-suite shower room and toilet with 2 basins & bidet.
1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, additional bathroom with shower over bath basin & toilet, additional shower & toilet .
Loft rooms: Attic stairs lead to a small lounge and 2 further bedrooms - 1 single leading through to 1 twin both with sloping ceilings, ideal for teenagers!
Outside: Front terrace & garden area with a further small rear garden with gas BBQ. Shared large boatyard lawn & grounds.
Services: Log burning stove, gas CH. Fuel, power & bed linen included. Logs available £8 per basket, towel hire £1 each. Cot, H/Chair. 2 dvd players. Gas cooker, M/wave, F/freezer, D/washer, W/machine, T/dryer. Parking for 4 cars next to house, further parking in boat yard car park.
Unsuitable for the infirm due to steps to property. No smoking allowed inside the property. No pets allowed.
Access to the canal 50 metres children must be supervised. Buoyancy aids available free of charge.
