Pinetree Cottage Peaceful Self Catering near Loch Lomond Family friendly Luxury Pet/Dog Friendly Holiday Cottage in Callander, Perth and Kinross, Scotland

This wonderful location gives easy access to walking, cycling, and water sports including paddle boarding fishing and sailing.  Where you are guaranteed that no any two days are never the same due to the spectacular landscape. 

80% of my guests have all returned!  The cottage has just had new bathroom put in, 2023, new back windows and patio doors.

The location guarantees you an abundance of wild life including deer, birds of prey and other spectacular wildlife. Red squirrels visit the garden.  I am just sitting 6pm listening to all the Owls and birds singing, its so peaceful.

A large family living room with two large sofas and a wood burning stove, wood and coal provided and included  the cost of hiring the holiday let, The log burner is used to run the heating and hot water, there is also a hot water timer. There is a  Smart television with Sky services together with a dining area. 

 A small utility room with dishwasher and washing machine, and microwave and small sink.

The Large garden is dog friendly and is  secure.

Attractions.

The cottage is ideally placed for exploring Stirlingshire, Loch Lomond, Perthshire and the whole of central Scotland.  Loch Katrine offers a sail on the famous paddle steamer and stunning sceanary.  If water is not your thing why not visit Balquhidder, Rob Roy’s final resting place.  Stirling offers a wonderful castle and of course the William Wallace monument.  Alternatively a short drive and you can visit a number of whiskey distilleries, even a trip to Edinburgh is not too far away.

Alternatively you can just relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery around you.
