The cottage has a spacious, open-plan living/dining room having two comfortable leather sofas (one with integrated chaise longue), colour lcd tv with freeview, dvd and radio/CD player.  As well as state of the art Rointe electric central heating throughout the cottage, there is a cosy woodburner in the living area.  Wifi internet access is accessible throughout the property.

The dining area consists of an antique, old pine table with four chairs situated in front of the south-facig window.

The country kitchen has painted units, beech worktops, belfast sink, double oven electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.  Ironing and drying facilities are available.  There is a good range of pots, pans, cooking dishes and utensils.  Recycling facilities are available.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and window seat to enjoy the spectacular south facing views of the rolling hills towards the sea.

Also upstairs, there is a smaller, second bedroom with comfortable futon sofa chair with chest of drawers.  The futon can be changed, on request, into a single bed wth a firm, full-sized single mattress.

Outside, Greenwich Cottage has a large south-facing garden and large, raised decked area.  It has stunning views to the south overlooking the National Trust Golden Cap Estate and World Heritage Jurassic Coast.  A shed is available for the storage of up to two bicycles.

There is allocated space for one car at the bottom of Greenwich Cottage garden, accessible from the lane.
