The Hidden Valley is a beautiful detached modern family residence, in parts, dating back 200 years. Set in large grounds of approximately 8 wild woodland acres with a natural spring and small stream running through located to the East of the City of Bath in the secluded hamlet of Washwell, on the edge of the bustling village of Box. Having been updated and beautifully presented throughout,  the accommodation comprises:
kitchen/breakfast room, equipped with a large range cooker, two large fridges, two freezers, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and worktop space. There is a large kitchen table seating approx 10 people. To seat everyone together you can either use the large garden table on the terrace outside or use the adjacent
Dining room, with has an expanding dining room table and 16 chairs.
The conservatory, has a table football and is a sunny room overlooking the pool and gardens 
The Sitting room is a spectacular large room with lots of comfortable seating for everyone, a log burner and a large TV with sky. It has windows overlooking the garden.
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine,this is an ideal place to keep wellies and pushchairs.
6 large bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms and a shower-room.
The bedrooms are arranged as follows
Master bedroom with four poster bed and seating area and two single beds
Oriental room with twin zip and link beds (sleeping two)
Forest Room 4 single beds
Seaside Room, double bed sleeping 2

Spring room on the ground floor with twin zip n link beds. (Sleeping 2)
The guest beds in the forest room and seaside room are light weight and can be moved into the master bedroom creating a family room if it suits you to do so.
The site is an ancient pagan site with its natural spring it has footpaths in all directions, where you can walk for miles through beautiful countryside. Private woodlands & paddocks with natural spring fed pools, and streams. The Heated outdoor swimming pool has sun loungers and in the summer there is also a Weber charcoal BBQ.
There is ample parking and Outstanding views.

Unlike many private holiday houses this property has been inspected and passed by the fire service and meets the required safety standards

covid statement

The house is deep cleaned between visitors in line with government and trade association guidelines. We do require visitors to perform certain actions while staying at the house and before leaving for the safety of everybody. You will also be asked to fill out a health questionnaire before arrival.
