1 Belle Vue is a delightful double-fronted period cottage situated within a short stroll of the quaint village of Osmotherley on the western edge of the North York Moors National Park and can sleep six people in one twin bedroom with en-suite, a king-size double and a twin room. There is a family bathroom and an additional cloakroom on the ground floor. The rest of the cottage contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside there is off road parking for one car, secure bike storage and a lawned garden with furniture. 1 Belle Vue is the perfect choice for exploring this beautiful area.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "new year" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

About Osmotherley and the area

A picturesque North Yorkshire village, with grass and tree lined streets set on a small hillside on the western edge of the North York Moors National Park, nestling between the Hambleton Hills to the east and the Yorkshire Dales to the west. Osmotherley, a conservation village is situated on the routes of the 110 mile Cleveland Way National Trail and the Coast-to-Coast walk, and it’s also the start (or finish!) of the famous Lykewake Walk. Osmotherley offers stone built houses, an old village cross, three pubs, a general store and a handful of village shops including a fish and chip shop.
