Ground FloorThe living space is open plan, with a sitting room - a lovely area to sit and read and relax in front of the fire or watch television. One of the sofas converts to a double sofa bed to sleep an additional two people for a party of six.The dining area comfortably seats four and is ideal to enjoy meals with family and friends, planning trips or discussing the day's adventures - what could be nicer on holiday?The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of work surfaces to prepare and cook food. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools to sit and enjoy the first meal of the day. A useful separate utility area has a washing machine and dryer plus space to hang coats.There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed and built-in wardrobes with an en-suite shower room with a shower, wc and hand wash basin. The charming twin bedroom has two full size 3' single beds. A house bathroom offers a bath with shower over, wc and hand wash basin - perfect for enjoying a long, hot soak after a day on the beach.OutsideTo the outside is a lawned garden and sliding doors lead to a wide veranda with a table and chairs - a fabulous spot to enjoy al fresco dining, drinks before dinner or to just sit back and sunbathe!
