Balloan Cottage has a real sense of the past, creating an authentic yet up-to-date property to relax and unwind in. There are two large en-suite bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped family kitchen/dining. There is Freesat and a good broadband connection. Each bedroom is set up as superking but can be split to make twins, giving more flexibility.
The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to six guests and is dog friendly. Balloan Cottage provides secluded and exclusive accommodation in one of the finest spots from which to explore the wild and wonderful coastline of Caithness and Sutherland. A luxurious yet still traditional Highland cottage dating back over 200 years, Balloan is a place to rest and relax in comfort and enjoy the peace and quiet of a beautiful rural setting. Only 5 minutes’ walk from the seaside resort of Dornoch where you will find outstanding places to eat and drink, a vast expanse of golden sand to wander along and possibly the best golf course in Scotland at Royal Dornoch GC
