Seaview Cottage Straad Isle of Bute Argyll Family friendly Luxury Pet/Dog Friendly Holiday Cottage in Isle of Bute, Argyll and Bute, Scotland
Visit scotland and aa five star rated Seaview Cottage enjoys a picturesque and peaceful setting with spectacular views. Everything has been thought in order to create the best self catering holiday possible. Sleeps 1- 6. Dog friendly. EV Charger.
Cosy comfort is what comes to mind in the light and bright sitting room that has a wood-burning stove to radiate warmth and provide a lovely focal point. Off the sitting room is a sunroom where the amazing views out to sea and the mountains of Arran beyond are perfectly showcased. It is a wonderful place to catch up on a good book and doors lead to patio seating for outdoor eating or enjoying a coffee in the sun. Having a downstairs double bedroom and shower room is great for those with mobility challenges and the utility room is a useful addition to any holiday home.
The other delightful bedrooms (one double and one single with a pull-out bed underneath) are upstairs where the elevated position make the stunning views of the water and boats bobbing in the distance the star of the show. It really is a blissful way to be greeted when waking up in the mornings.
Park right by the door and once the gate is shut the mature garden is fully enclosed so children and pets can make the absolute most of it. The huge lawn lets them properly stretch their legs and the outside tap is ideal for cleaning up after running around. With the picturesque St Ninian’s Bay just a couple of minutes’ walk away, time can be spent on the beach and the house is handy enough to pop back to if need be.
Bed linen and towels are included. Electricity is included. Heating is by gas central heating (included) and wood-burning stove (starter pack included). WiFi is included. One dog is welcome, £20.00 fee, contact owner to discuss if more than one dog booking required. No cats. No smoking.
