Three properties nestled into the rolling countryside of the North Yorkshire dales, surrounded by stunning scenery with a tranquil atmosphere. They can be booked as a group or individually, depending on the size of the party.

Reservoir View Holiday Cottages consists of 3 detached properties all within a private courtyard surrounded by the Yorkshire dale landscape with Reservoir and countryside views to the front and a private paddock to the rear. 

The private outdoor space is extensive, with each property having its own private outdoor area and access to communal areas, making it perfect for BBQs and fire pit gatherings while enjoying the clear night sky.

Our holiday homes are dog-friendly and situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. They are located along the Nidderdale Way trail, which is popular for walking, and are also near sporting events like the Nidderdale Triathlon and Deadman's Double. They can be rented individually or as a group for larger gatherings.

Swallow Barn is the largest of the three properties, with four bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people. It features a ground floor ensuite bedroom that is great for those with mobility issues, making it disabled accessible. All of the bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, with two of the bedrooms also having additional single beds, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for a large group. Often referred to as a Tardis, this property is ideal for socializing with a large kitchen and a spacious lounge. The bedrooms are well-sized with high ceilings, wood beams, and barn hole windows, adding to the character of the property. There are also two large bathrooms, providing ample space and amenities for guests.

The Old Coach House is a three-bedroom property with a spacious lounge, large private enclosed garden, and dual aspect windows with stunning views of the countryside. It can sleep up to 7 people with a master bedroom that has a king-sized bed and an additional 2 single beds, a twin room, and a single room. The property has a large bathroom with a roll-top bath and shower, and an additional downstairs W/C. It has a light and airy feel with a cosy atmosphere, and the lounge has patio doors that lead to the private garden.

The Studio Flat is a cosy one-bedroom 1st floor flat with a private terrace to the rear and sleeps up to 4 people (with 2 single pull out beds in the living area). There is a large bathroom with shower and roll-top bath. 

All of the properties have a comfortable and welcoming feel, with a mix of traditional and modern features to provide a unique and memorable stay. The properties are fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a self-catering stay, including fully fitted kitchens, dining areas, and comfortable lounge spaces. 

With the option to rent individually or all together, these properties are ideal for a variety of groups, from families to large groups of friends or even corporate retreats.
