The Old Manor is set within 2 acres of gardens. Which consist of an impressive carriage drive, lawns, tennis court, large terrace, logia, woods and stone paths. There is also an outside wetroom and wc. There is also a large brand new hot tub

Open the great oak doors at The Old Manor, and enter the hallway with its Parquet floor  carved oak cupboard

To the left is the large utility and boot room, with two basins, and a large range of glazed cupboards,leading onto a guest WC.

To your right is the welcoming snug, with a huge ancient working fireplace and comfortable leather sofa and tartan armchairs.

The adjacent dining room has ample seating for 12 at one table and a further 8 at a round table in the same room. A further 6 can be seated at the kitchen table, or kitchen chairs can be brought through to the dining room. This is a grand and elegant room, airy in summer, and in the winter warmed by a log burning stove.

The large sunny drawing room has a polished parquet floor, and working fireplace. Three large comfortable sofas, (one of which is a double sofa bed)plus armchairs enable the whole family to relax together. There is a large TV with free view and Sky.

The large family kitchen overlooking the terrace has a flagstone floor and bespoke shaker style painted cupboards. It is equipped with an American fridge freezer, a four oven Aga ( off in summer) a large electric oven and induction Hobs. There are also two dishwashers, a expresso coffee machine, a pantry, a good selection of kitchen equipment and a twin butlers sink with waste disposal.

Up one of the two delightful staircases to the first floor.

The cottage is accessed through the games room, and can be booked for £200-£350 extra depending on the season.

The hot tub can be booked in advance for a one off fee of £75

The lavender fringed terrace has a relaxing luxury swing seat, a garden table and benches for 22 to dine together and a large charcoal BBQ.

This fine old house is the deal setting for a family celebration or multi generational family holiday.
As the garden is alongside the perfect small church of st Mary's, it may be possible to host small weddings. Please enquire about this.

The property is also suitable for accommodating shoot parties. Catering can be arranged and there is a gunsafe in the house.
