Large stone built house in the hills above the village of Urval.Sitting room with exposed stonework+ second sitting room. 3 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower roooms. Private pool opposite and garden with open and coverd eating areas.
This charming Perigourdine style house can be found in the hills above the village of Urval close to the Dordogne river. It has been restored to create a spacious, comfotable home in an ideal location for discovering the many delights of the Périgord Noir.
The front door leads onto a sitting room with exposed stone work and a large fireplace. The kitchen and utility room are very well equipped. Also on the ground floor is a second less formal sitting room and a seperate dining room, both with exposed stonework and fireplaces, and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs there are three attractive bedrooms and a shower room with WC.
The private 11 x 5m swimming pool is opposite the house with the garden which has both open and covered eating areas. The propery has satellite TV featuring free to air channels and broadband(ADSL) also by satellite.
