Beautiful luxurious villa with private swimming pool located in Domaine Val d'Azur - an exclusive domain, with free use of 3 tennis courts, large communal swimming pool, volleyball court and a children's playground.
bedrooms
The house offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms are on the ground floor with doors opening onto the garden / terrace.
bathroom
The 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower (rain shower and hand shower), hanging toilet, towel radiator and modern bathroom furniture were renovated in 2017. In 1 of the bedrooms you will find an iron / ironing board. There is also a hairdryer in the house.
living room
The living room with high ceiling and mezzanine offers a cozy sitting area with fireplace, tv with most Dutch channels, dvd player and a dining area with 6 chairs. Free WiFi (code on the modem in the hall)
kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a juicer, coffee machines (Nespresso + Senseo + Filter coffee maker), combi oven (microwave / oven), toaster, dishwasher, spices, kettle, sufficient cutlery and fridge with freezer. A gourmet plate is also available.
garage
In the garage there is a second fridge with freezer drawers, washing machine, dryer, golf sets, 2 mountain bikes and weber BBQ.
swimming pool
At the pool you can enjoy the 6 sun beds or have lunch at the dining table. In the cottage in the garden are toys and air beds for the children.
From the covered porch you have a wide view over the nature reserve that borders the plot. Because of the large garden (around 2000 m) you have a lot of privacy.
valbonne
The center of Valbonne is approximately 5 km. Just outside the Domaine is a large Carrefour Market, bakery, pharmacy and hairdresser. Valbonne is a super charming medieval Provencal village with a central square where you can enjoy lunch / dinner at one of the many restaurants. On Friday there is a lively market in Valbonne and at the parking lot you will find a luxury butcher, vegetable jeweler ... and traiteur. You can also buy foreign (and Dutch) newspapers here daily (or the Nice Matin - with the best and most reliable weather forecast).
surroundings
The beaches of Cannes, Juan les Pins, Theoule sur Mer and Antibes are approximately 15 km from Valbonne. Nice airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away. In the area you will find many nice places such as Biot (also a nice walk from our house to Biot - about 1.5 hours walk), Grasse with its perfume industry, the art town of St Paul de Vence, Mougin with its many restaurants and art galleries .
rent information
Note: In the summer you can only book from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the high season, different arrival / departure days are negotiable.
Additional costs:
Optional linen rental (bed linen, kitchen linen and towels) € 25.00 pp
Mandatory end cleaning: € 125.00 per stay
These costs are deducted from the € 750.00 deposit that you pay to the key manager on arrival and that you receive back on departure with settlement of linen and final cleaning.
The gardener comes weekly to mow the lawn and the pool man to maintain the pool. You don't have to be at home for this.
