County Waterford is situated on the beautiful south coast of Ireland, offering over 40 kilometres coastline, with beaches, beautiful river valleys, lakes and two dramatic mountain ranges. Due to its landscapes, it is particularly popular county for golf, angling, walking, water sports and equestrian enthusiasts.

Waterford boasts numerous Blue Flag beaches with clear waters and fantastic sands. Popular beaches include Ardmore, Clonea, Dunmore East and Counsellor's Strand. Popular seaside resorts at Tramore and Annestown are both great locations for surfing.
