Welcome to our beautiful chateau in the Pyrenees

The house is near Saint Beat (31440) at the Southernmost tip of Haute Garonne. It enjoys beautiful views from nearly every room. 

On the ground floor, there are three reception rooms :

- An enormous dining room with table seating 12
- A large sitting room with comfortable sofas and chairs, satellite tv, hi-fi (inc mp3 connection) with double doors down to a large terrace with teak table and chairs
- An upper sitting room with double doors to private bridge and the West Garden

On the upper floors there are 3 double bedded rooms. One has an ensuite WC shower in the turret, another can be configured as ensuite or shared and has a large shower and a bath. On the 2nd floor there is a twin bedded room and another with a single bed. There is another bathroom on this floor. On half landings, there are two separate WCs.

A few steps from the dining room lead to a fully fitted custom made kitchen with 5 hobs and two ovens. In addition there is a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and day fridge (and another fridge/freezer in the cellar). 

The area has a wealth of activities nearby, from the adrenelin fuelled to the more leisurely. The house is also only 8 kms from the border with Spain, so there's another whole country to explore too!
