Designed to make the most of the views and location the house sits elegantly against the backdrop of the sea, Jura and the Slate Islands. With views through the Corryvrechan, south to the Paps of Jura and north west to Mull.
 Ample parking within the property provides access to the main entrance terrace by means of stone steps. From the terrace you can see through the house to the sea. Once through the front door the lobby and boot area with cloakroom and coats area provides access to the main living area off which there are two large bedrooms. The stair up is to 2 further en-suite bedrooms and there is a stair down to a large games room with snooker, table tennis, exercise area a cinema space.

The main living area includes ample seating and has spectacular views to across the harbour. Off the living space is a large dining area with table for 12 but extendable on request and there is a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, two dishwashers and a range cooker. Entertainment in the living area includes a range of games and jigsaws, a high quality bluetooth stereo system and a log burner.

The games room on the lower round floor provides a great space for teenagers or any house party members to enjoy noisier pastimes. With its’ own kitchenette it is a good place to enjoy a cinema evening, or a long snooker, billiards or pool session without disturbing others. Again there is a high quality stereo system with bluetooth options. Within this space there is also an exercise area, a reading and reference library and a small snug. There is access to the garage with bikes, paddle board and fishing gear available to guests.

There are five exceptionally well appointed bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms adequate storage and great views. Each has a bluetooth smart speaker.

Craobh Haven is an idyllic base to explore Argyll and Bute; immediately adjacent is the picturesque marina and The Lord of the Isles pub/restaurant. There are good local walks out to the harbour point, along the coast or over the hill towards Ardfern. There is local riding, and sea safari and fishing options.

A short journey south is one of the most historic areas in Scotland, with plenty of historic sites and walking trails around the region; including the stunning Dalriada Heritage Trail from Carnasserie Castle, through Kilmartin Glen and the Moine Mhor National Nature Reserve, to see incredible landmarks and ancient woodlands.
Further south along the coast is Crinan with its famous canal and a wealth of nearby nature reserves and a wealth of further walks and historic places to explore.

Find unspoilt landscapes at Barrandaimh: Argyll Beaver & Wildlife Visitor Centre and follow along the Beaver Trail or pack a picnic and retreat to the woodlands with Dunardry Forest Walks. Or take a trip north to Oban, the heart of the Argyll coast, shopping and access to Mull and the distant Islands. On windy days consider a trip inland to the more sheltered banks of Loch Awe, superb woodland walks, St Conans and inland castles.
